error: LoadLibraryEx on mono

Hi,

When trying to run this under mono, I get the following:

My .NET-fu isn't that strong. Do you have any ideia what this could be and how to go about debugging it? Thanks.

Sorry, don't really have any ideas. I don't use .NET anymore so I'm a bit rusty :)

It turns out that a lot of Kernel32 isn't supported under mono. I tried using wine with dotnet installed in order to run it, it did insert the icons but then Windows refused to run the .exe, something to do with not being able to determine the required .net version. I ended up using ResourceHacker.

@entonio would you mind looking into this and submit a pr? Perhaps the latest version might work a little better (.NET 4.7)
