Python support!

I've long had a dream of supporting Python.
It is complicated because there are no good portable builds.

Found this today, which might make it possible: https://github.com/astral-sh/python-build-standalone

One possible problem I see is that the GitHub API for this actually times out, because it is so big (many assets per release).
Perhaps Graph API could help but we don't support that now.

I have a file github-oauth.properties in my home

OAuthToken=ghp_...

Maybe check the environment variable GITHUB_TOKEN and/or GH_TOKEN if a token is present and use this?

But I think, this does not help at all if not switchting to the API of GitHub - https://github.com/XAMPPRocky/octocrab

I did a test in (just in JS) where I used GitHub GraphQL endpoint like this:

 query ($cursor: String) {
                  repository(owner: "astral-sh", name: "python-build-standalone") {
                    releases(first: 100, after: $cursor, orderBy: {field: CREATED_AT, direction: DESC}) {
                      pageInfo {
                        hasNextPage
                        endCursor
                      }
                      nodes {
                        name
                        tagName
                        url
                        releaseAssets(first: 1) {
                          nodes {
                            name
                          }
                        }
                      }
                    }
                  }
                }

and this gives all releases with first asset in a single query.
Octocrab has GraphQL support https://docs.rs/octocrab/latest/octocrab/struct.Octocrab.html#graphql-api so I would just have to do some programming to make this work.

One downside I noticed is that the repo doesn't have Python2

On a side note (unrelated to this issue) about using GraphQL: It would make the github executor much faster!
