Support GitHub CLI

Now that git support is done (#111), work on GitHub CLI can be done.

IMHO, this is blocked by cli/cli#11050 (comment)

Maybe fixing this issue is as easy as offering gh as

If this is done, we can coimment on https://github.com/community/maintainers/discussions/577#discussioncomment-13919511 to say that gg.cmd can be used.

Porposal for answer:

In case you don't want to install anything more, you can use gg.cmd, make it executable and then execute

./gg.cmd run:gh:git gh auth login

and then

./gg.cmd run:gh:git gh co 488

Side note: I think, for my use case, gh is not a good fit, because one needs to login into GitHub for doing anything; even for gh pr checkout. Thus, the script CheckOutPR.java will stay.
