CURIE terms in the spec

Hi!

I would recommend to add the terminology, sintaxed in CURIE, this beacon API uses inside the specification, or anywhere at this repository. If so, every could know which are the ontological this interface used by default. It would be useful for me to build a beacon API for CARE-SM for the latest version.
