[Bug] AWS Load Balancer Controller policy is outdated

What were you trying to accomplish?

Use the "well-known" policy for AWS Load Balancer Controller with its current release.

What happened?

403 errors from AWS

How to reproduce it?

Install ALB controller, use IRSA provisioned with eksctl 0.205/0.206.
