No notification when video is ready (V3)

**Describe the bug**
When uploading a video, the following message is shown:
"Your video will now be processed. You will receive a notification once the processing is complete."
I've never seen such a notification.

**To Reproduce**
1. Upload a video
2. Wait for a notification

**Expected behavior**
Show notification
