Show no server version 0 on incorrectly configured servers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I configure a faulty url to an existing server config in the admin settings, the server card shows the oc version 0 after refreshing the site.

No version number sould be displayed in this case as suggested in #710.
