Change playlist visibility

It would be nice to have the option to change the visibility per playlist in order to make certain playlists hidden from students in a course. We have this feature in the SOP v2 for Videos, but in v3 it's missing. I think the priority should be for playlists. It should work the same way as it does for hidden folders.
