Rework sorting in the video table

The sorting in the video table could be confusing for teachers, as it is not clear that their sorting settings will be saved for all course participants. Students can also sort the video table, but their settings will not be changed or saved persistently for all participants. In addition, the custom sorting of videos should be better visualised.

This behaviour should definitely be changed, but a concept should be created first.
