Workflows-Configs will be discarded when the plugin is deactivated or OC is unavailable

We have temporarily turned off our plugin including cronjobs and our Opencast system due to OC problems. After activating all applications, our workflow settings are no longer present.

The problem is located in the discover new videos cronjob.
