Media download is not possible for large video files

Describe the bug
Video downloads fail for large videos (> 1,8 GB) due to a timeout problem, and is it necessary to download the video file in the php backend first?

Moreover, large videos can lead to problems in the vue code, because the video is loaded into a javascript variable.

Error Message:
