Add "My playlists"

This has multiple facets:

• create a page that lists all playlists (mirroring "My videos" and "My series")
• create an area and API endpoints to create new playlists
• create a subset of "details" pages (i.e. "details", "technical details", "access", ...)

These are very rough descriptions, I will extend this and go into more details soon-ish.
