Missing "Publish event:" log line with debug logging

In recent versions (probably since 8.0), with debug logging, the "Publish event:" log line in libbeat publisher seem to have disappeared. Investigate why it is not logging now.

I think in 40be177 when we stopped using MakeDefaultSupport, we removed the publish event log line because MakeDefaultSupport sets up debugPrintProcessor: https://github.com/elastic/beats/blob/main/libbeat/publisher/processing/processors.go#L193
