[REQUEST]: Remove deployment context for `unassigned` criticality level from 9.1

Description

In #1004 we documented the unassigned asset criticality level enhancement. This enhancement is available in serverless and will be released in 9.1.
When 9.1 is released, we should remove the (available in Serverless only) deployment context from https://github.com/elastic/docs-content/blob/main/solutions/security/advanced-entity-analytics/asset-criticality.md?plain=1#L88. (Should we also add added in {{stack }} 9.1? - TBC)
