[Issue]: Update "Search connectors" to "Content connectors"

What happened?

We've agreed to use Content connectors for Security/O11y instead of Search connectors and not link them to "Search". We should update their "qualified" name to content connectors in our docs https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/search-connectors/ as well.

We're referring to these as content integrations on our subscription pages too since our 9.0 GA e.g. https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions/cloud#content-integrations

We used to have this connector overview table https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/enterprise-search/8.14/connectors.html#connectors-overview-available-connectors - could we port it over to the new docs? (Of course, without the native column)
