[Issue]: misleading URL segment in processor reference #1171

Description

Type of issue

bug-ish

What documentation page is affected

https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor + children

What happened?

All of the [ingest] processors have enrich-processor in their path, e.g. the dissect processor is at https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor/dissect-processor, and the enrich processor itself has that twice, https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor/enrich-processor. (For the avoidance of doubt: Dissect processor and enrich processor and all of the other things there are siblings, they are types of what I think we normally call ingest processors.)

Even more confusingly, the top-level page describing ingest processors as a general concept is at https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor/. This looks like it ought to be about that specific processor, not the class as a whole.

https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor should be ingest-processor - signed off by @kilfoyle + @karenzone

need folder rename and a big pile of redirects
