[REQUEST]: Review copy of edit highlighted fields

Description

We are introducing a feature that allows users to edit highlighted fields in alert flyout (read more in #1235). Requesting a copy review from the docs team

1. Default tooltip when user can edit highlighted fields

2. Tooltip when user opens a prebuilt rule and does not have enterprise license (this is the same language as shown in edit rule workflow), should be fine?

3. Tooltip when user does not have proper privileges (this is the same language as shown in edit rule workflow), should be fine?

4. Tooltip when the rule is deleted

5. Language in the popup telling users that they are modifying the rule, and the changes will impact all the future alerts generated by the rule

6. Toast showing the rule is updated
