My team had gotten used to the old ES documentation, and were able to find things like details about the more_like_this query or the terms aggregation fairly quickly.
The new documentation pages are difficult to use. Navigating to the query or aggregation pages is neither obvious nor easy. And using the search bar at the top (try match or more like this, or even terms aggregation) doesn't give the intended page in the results. I had to use a search engine to actually find the documentation I'm looking for.
Hopefully, pages like https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/8.18/query-dsl-mlt-query.html will still be available in v9 and beyond. And if not searchable/browseable from within the elastic.co site, at least still exposed to conventional search engine crawling.

Thanks for the feedback! We continue to work on improving the API reference pages, especially the search experience.

In case it's helpful in the interim, there is indeed a v9 version of the page you mention (https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/query-languages/query-dsl/query-dsl-mlt-query) and terms aggregations too (https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/aggregations/search-aggregations-bucket-terms-aggregation). We're actively working on improving the search on all those pages too.
