[Windows Server 2022]: Lot of blank lines on running install command with `--unprivileged`.

Preconditions:

1. 9.3.0-SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. Windows Server 2022 should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install & extract the artifact.
2. Run install command in Powershell with --unprivileged.
3. Observe lot of blank lines are displayed in CLI.

• Issue is consistently reproducible at our end.

Expected behavior:
Blank lines should not be displayed on running install command with --unprivileged on Windows Server 2022.

What's working fine:

• The same issue is not observed on Windows Server 2025
