Tooltip actions broken on Safari

Describe the issue
I can't right-click to see tooltip actions on Safari, even when they are available.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://elastic.github.io/elastic-charts/storybook/?path=/story/components-tooltip--cartesian-charts&globals=toggles.showHeader:true;toggles.showChartTitle:false;toggles.showChartDescription:false;toggles.showChartBoundary:false;theme:light
2. Mouse over the chart
3. Right click

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Thanks @drewdaemon I've tested locally and it works fine on Safari/Mac if I'm using a mouse with the right-click.
I've tried also with a touchpad using the 2-finger click and works fine.
I can't make it work only if I'm trying to use ctrl+click on Safari, but this works in Firefox and Chrome.
So definitely we need to investigate this behaviour
