Preconditions:
1.Elasticsearch artifact for 8.5.0 BC6 should be available.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Extract the zip file.
2.Navigate to the bin folder via cmd .
3.Now run the elasticsearch.bat file via cmd

What's working fine:
We are successfully able to setup 8.5.0 self-managed environment.

Expected Result:
Unknown symbols should not be available in configuration on running elasticsearch.bat

We have validated this issue on 8.6.0 BC3 build and observed that issue Still Reproducible. .
