Watcher Actions Align to Connector Integrations

Description

With the development of Kibana Connectors (e.g. ServiceNow ITOM, Teams, etc...), Watcher would be best served if they were able to integrate with these same actions. Having these connectors available as actions would greatly increase the Elastic Stack's capabilities to integrate with external systems/platforms.

We would like to store Watcher Webhook authentication in the elasticsearch keystore, so the password does not have to be entered into the watchers every time they are created or edited.
