`yaml` syntax in `EuiCodeBlock` could be better

Problem Statement

Syntax highlighting for yaml is not looking as expected in EuiCodeBlock. It could be better, compared to defaults in prismjs (the library providing the highlighting).

Proposed Solution

Check whether it's possible to improve.

Use Case

AutoOps leverages yaml everywhere.
