[REQUEST]: Quickstart guide for OTel Integrations

@fred-maussion has done an excellent job in creating a step-by-step journey of deploying an NGINX otel integration for both a Fleet managed agent and a standalone one. The details are here: https://github.com/fred-maussion/document_elastic-elastic-agent-hybrid

It would be great to get these instructions into our public docs for the greater good.

The document flow is great however If I could make one suggestion would be to separate out the Fleet managed from the standalone to avoid confusion as most users quickly scan such quickstarts.

This would apply to 9.2 and above however from 9.3 we would want to start adding more documentation regarding Hybrid-Agent so perhaps this quick start could be available from then onwards.
