[Security Solution] Status counter column titles disappear on smaller screens in Manual Gap Fill Tasks table

Describe the bug:

Status counter column titles (E, P, R, C, T) disappear on reduced screen width in "Manual Gap fill tasks" table

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Security → Rules → Detection Rules
2. Go to a rule details page or the Rule Monitoring section
3. Locate the Manual Gap fill tasks table
4. Observe column headers showing single letters: E (?), P (?), R (?), C (?), T (?)
5. Reduce the browser window width
6. Observe the column headers

Current behavior:

The single-letter column names disappear completely

Expected behavior:

The column headers should remain visible at all screen sizes.
