There is typo in the rpm repo documentation for 9.0

Description:

The rpm repo url states https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/9.0/yum while it should state 9.X

All of these references use {{major-version}} which translates to 9.0, we need to use the attribute that corresponds to 9.x (not sure which one it is.
