Status code is not passed to Webhook service correctly

The issue reported by Mambu here:

Sailor passes a status code as a standalone property of HttpReply class while Eio Webhook service expects for a status code as a special header x-eio-status-code

Workaround

Specify header
.header("x-eio-status-code", String.valueOf(HttpReply.Status.BAD_REQUEST.getStatusCode()))
or
.header("x-eio-status-code", "400")
instead of
.status(HttpReply.Status.BAD_REQUEST)
