Agentic DeFi Tools: Hydration | Support swapping on Hydration & 1-click cross-chain swaps

This new feature aims to empower users with the ability to execute token swaps and, more notably, perform "1-click" cross-chain token swaps. The proposed agentic tool will be designed to intelligently interact with the Hydration protocol, abstracting the underlying complexities of decentralized exchanges and cross-chain bridges. This will provide a seamless and user-friendly experience, a significant step forward in making DeFi more accessible to a broader audience.

The core functionalities outlined in the issue include:

• Standard Token Swaps: The agent will be capable of executing swaps between any two assets supported by the Hydration Omnipool.

• 1-Click Cross-Chain Swaps: This advanced feature will enable users to initiate a swap from an asset on a source parachain to a different asset on a destination parachain in a single transaction from the user's perspective. The agent will handle the necessary bridging and swapping operations in the background.

• Agentic Execution: The tool will be designed as an autonomous agent, capable of determining the most efficient swap routes and executing transactions with minimal user intervention.
