Feature: Support selecting non-input text

The Text widget doesn't support selecting text currently. It's implemented in Input already and should be copied over or refactored out.

What use case are you most interested in supporting right now?

I see the input widget doesn't have mouse selection yet. I would be inclined to start with implementing that and going from there.

Ah yeah selection is only supported via keyboard shortcuts currently. Sorry my brain must've jumped to "it's all done".

Then, adding the ability to select text via mouse would be great! Though it'll be a fair bit trickier as getting that down will probably be a bit fiddly.
