1. Should we remove all related CI jobs for unsupported Linux 32-bit?
   • If we turn off CI, then how will we know when Linux 32-bit is finally broken?
     • Verdict: Keep the jobs
2. electron/electron#17226 -- Sam @'ed wg-releases due to target/5-0-x and brenca would like us to take a look
   • Verdict: allow into 5-0-x

Action Items

• Deprecate 4.0.x after 4.1.0 is released (@MarshallOfSound)
• Deprecation notice for dropping official support of Linux ia32 (@MarshallOfSound)
