Bug: The last Heading element of page is not reachable via the Table of Contents

Describe the bug
When you click the last item of the table of contents, or scroll to the bottom of a docs page; the last heading item will not be active.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.elegantframework.com/docs/installation
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Verify the that last item of the table of contents is not active.

Expected behavior
You should be able to click the last heading item of the auto-generated table of contents and scroll to it automatically.
