Images are not saving to their adjusted sizes after clicking save in the content editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an image.
2. Resize it.
3. Save.
4. Pull in the changes from GitHub if working locally.
5. Verify the image is at 100% again.
