Hello Divi Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I would like to report a bug I encountered while working with the Interaction feature in Divi 5.
Issue Summary:
When I create an interaction (e.g., click-triggered visibility toggle) within a section and then copy that section to another page, the interaction stops working because the target module gets disconnected.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a section on Page A
- Add a Text Module and set an Interaction (e.g., On Click)
- Set a target module (e.g., a Row inside the same section) to toggle visibility
- Confirm that it works correctly on Page A
- Copy the entire section
- Paste it into Page B
Expected Behavior:
The interaction should remain intact, and the target module should stay linked.
Actual Behavior:
The interaction breaks, and the target module reference is lost, even though the target module exists within the same section.
Additional Notes:
- The target module is within the same section (not external)
- No changes were made after pasting
- Issue occurs consistently
I have also attached a short video demonstrating the issue.
Please let me know if you need further details.
Best regards
