Markdown renderer should auto-link things that look like URLs

Many places markdown is used, a bare URL will be automatically turned into a link. This is not technically part of the markdown spec but people expect it so probably better to play along.

This can be done with an extension in the markdown-py renderer I think, or it can be handled at the Jinja level.
