Display Elekto version in UI

The UI should display the current version of Elekto somewhere it's visible, in order to catch things like it not being upgraded.

Ideally, this should somehow auto-update.

That's fine, we don't currently have layout standards (we probably should, but we don't). Reviewing code now.
