There is nothing super obvious in the logs:
There is a crazy amount of 2026-03-06T00:51:40.267Z D MatrixChat: handling action MatrixActions.accountData
But they only last of a couple of seconds.

The widget seem to get started and gets the update_state action. But then does not answer anymore. But there is no other information.

It would be helpful:

• to have a screenshot of the endless loading (do you see the EX loading or the IFrame)
• Is this always the case (or only with bad network, disappears after restarting the app)
• Is it also present when disabling the feature_msc4362_encrypted_state_events feature. (I have never tested element call with it)

It the normal loading screen you get when opening a lobby except it never ends loading. (Will attach screenshot).

It happens seemingly randomly, I just caught it now to make this report.
Sometimes I would've been on a call a couple hours ago and when I try to call again it loads endlessly - My network is fine as the call works on a different computer (same network) and same room.

Yes, it fixes after app restart.
But is quite a setback to do that.

Edit: Yes, this was happening before that feature was even available.
I can turn it off and resend logs when it happens again if that'll help.

The information was enough so I could come up with a couple of other ideas to check in the log files you provided (Thanks for that as well)

There is a very suspicious issue with the content loaded action:

So the widget is not reacting when getting the content loaded action...

It could be possible that there is a condition in which the IFrame is not setup in the first place.
Or we set it up to early so that there are no logs/listeners setup yet.

I just noticed: "feature_video_rooms":true
I think there are some known issues with video rooms that fail to setup/destruct the IFrame.
Can you try if you find a way to reproduce this without video rooms enabled?

The way it happened always seemed random. I will let you know if it happens again with video rooms feature off.
for now it works as expected, though, I don't expect it to happen again based on what you discovered.
