Editing aliases in room settings is still very confusing. #31891

Description

@ara4n

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a public room
  2. Go to room settings
  3. Look at the "room addresses" section
Image

Problems include:

  • The headings have the wrong hierarchy ('Published Addresses' should be a smaller heading than 'Room Addresses', but it isn't)
  • Entering a public address to publish doesn't work. Apparently the address already needs to have been created. Presumably this is editing the m.room.aliases state event - but at the least, it should autocreate the local alias if it doens't yet exist.
  • The delete button on the local address is totally inaccessible with ugly grey-on-red
  • The confirmation buttons when you try to delete it are not vertically aligned and look off-compound.
