Background of emoji suggestion bar in message composer is transparent

I'm unable to reproduce myself, even in Firefox on app.element.io.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The background of the message composer emoji picker to be opaque, so emoji names can easily be read.

What happened instead?

It was transparent.

Seemed to also affect the room switcher and their settings window (the settings background was just a full blur, instead of a solid background on top of a blur.

• When the user switched their message layout (Settings -> Appearance) from IRC to Modern then the room switcher's background stopped being transparent.
• Then they refreshed their Element Web and everything was fixed.
• They then switched back to IRC, refreshed, and all was solid.

Seems like a caching issue potentially?
