Switching account does not work if you've authenticated before against OIDC

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter your homeserver URL
2. Use the "Continue with OIDC" option
3. Enter your credentials
4. On the "Continue to element://connect" page recognize that you used the wrong account (due to being admin, I've got several test accounts)
5. Choose "Use another account"
6. Use the "Continue with OIDC" option again
7. Find yourself on the "Continue to element://connect" page immediately without ever seeing the OIDC page (in my case, Keycloak)

Basically, once you've successfully authenticated against your OIDC provider you've got no chance of switching the account.

Granted, it's an edge case but the "Use another account" button is thus made redundant.
