Is there any way to collapse push messages for IOS?

In other words how to use apns-collapse-id with apns pushkin?

I'm afraid this isn't implemented currently, neither for iOS nor FCM. We'd accept patches but, by my guess, would be unlikely to do this ourselves for a long time.
