Support for Huawei's Push Kit service

Hello, has anyone encountered any issues with configuring the push gateway for Huawei Push Kit (hms push kit support)? As far as I understand, sygnal currently only supports gms and apns, or am I mistaken? I would appreciate any information.

@KolissnikBogdan Sygnal currently only supports APNs, FCM (latest evolution of GMS) and WebPush. Hauwei's Push Kit service has a different API shape than either of those, so would need support added. PRs welcome!
