Description
Elemental's documentation is currently an unwieldy, incomplete reference of the library's functionality, with much of the volume being taken up by rarely-used functions.
It is becoming increasingly important that Elemental's documentation changes so that quick-start guides with examples of functionality are the default, and the 600 plus page monstrosity of a reference PDF becomes explicitly labeled as reference (and hopefully never printed...though I know that at least one colleague unfortunately has).
