Python Numpy support 

Dear all,

I'm trying to use your _Non-negative least squares_ implementation with numpy arrays.
However, it's difficult to understand how to convert `Numpy` arrays in El arrays.  
Is there an easy way?
There is the function `obj.ToNumPy()`, so there should be also the opposite, or there is something that I missing in the basic data type?
