Syntax error at or near "s" when run: dbt run --select elementary

Hello everyone.
I'am recently learned about the project and decided to three it.
But i and encountered a problem when installing it.
dbt run --select elementary
Environment:

dbt --version
Core:
  - installed: 1.8.5
 Plugins:
  - vertica: 1.8.5

Error: ... Syntax error at or near "s" ...
There is a problem with escaping the symbol '
Tell me, has anyone encountered such a problem?
