Make the dock stack apps to fit the current screen size instead of extending off screen. #485
Description
Problem
Currently the dock extends off screen on small screens when the dock is overflowed with apps or when the screen rotates on touch screen devices.
Look at how the wingpanel does adapt on screen rotation but the dock doesn't.
Proposal
My ideas would be making the dock support vertical scrolling to navigate between multiple pages of apps like Windows 10 or stack the apps inside a menu like in windows 11. (Why these you might ask? If the dock gets shrinked to fit the screen then it would be harder to interact or see the icons.)
Prior Art (Optional)
Scrollable taskbar in Windows 10 (I know it looks ugly but for Elementary OS vertically placed dots could be added at the start of the dock to indicate how many pages there are.)
