Changing datetime format closes details column

What Happened?

If the date format is changed, the details column closes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use column view
2. select something that opens the details column
3. Change the date format
4. See that details column closes

Expected Behavior

Details column should remain open when settings change

I've tried to reproduce this and find that when there is just one slot open, the slot and the details both redraw but do not close permanently. However, with two slots open, the first slot redraws and the details close while the second slot remains unchanged (the same item selected).

Not sure this view needs to redraw when the date format changes since it isn't displayed.
