Workspace animation is skipped if changing workspace to quickly.

What Happened

If I switch between three workspaces quickly with Super+Number the animation for workspace switching is skipped. But if I do it slowly by waiting for the animation to end before I switch to next workspace, then the animation works as expected.

This issue does not occur of I use "Move to left/right workspace" shortcuts, only occurs with "Switch to workspace X" shortcuts.

Expected Behavior

To wait for the workspace animation to complete before actually switching onto next workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 3 workspaces
2. Switch to workspace 2
3. Then quickly switch to workspace 3 before the animation is done for workspace 2.
