What Happened?

Quickly swiping with three fingers to switch workspaces stops the swipe early.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold 3 fingers on one end of your trackpad
2. Swipe quickly to the other side to switch workspace
3. Observe how much of the new workspace is visible
4. Optionally keep your fingers on the trackpad and swipe back and forth to increase the effect

Expected Behavior

No matter how quickly I swipe, it should not stop the swipe early.
