Ghost of window on another workspace appears when cancelling workspace swipe #2260
Description
What Happened?
Using my trackpad, partially moving workspaces causes the windows from the other workspace to appear behind my current workspace if I cancel:

Steps to Reproduce
- Put window on another workspace
- Swipe to partially change workspace
- Release to cancel, ghost appears 👻
Expected Behavior
Shouldn't happen

8.x (Circe)
Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
