Description
What Happened?
Every now and then, it just happens that some windows just stay "burned" in the background, leaving the impression that the window is there (but it isn't). Is hard to explain by words, so I'll leave this recording here instead (sorry for my english in advance):
2025-04-21_10-37-57.mp4
Steps to Reproduce
Sadly, I don't have a way to reproduce this yet, since it happens randomly with different applications. However, something I clearly noticed is that it tends to happen mostly with certain apps:
- Firefox, Chrome and their respective derivations
- Chromium technologies like Electron and similars
- Telegram
- SourceGit (Git GUI, built with C# stuff)
It seems to happen with non GTK apps overall, but if I see a GTK with this behavior too, I'll update this.
Expected Behavior
Uh, normal window & workspace management I guess
OS Version
8.x (Circe)
Session Type
Secure Session (Wayland)
Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
